By booking a cab or using the services of Daljit Taxi Service through our website or direct contact, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Confirmations

• Bookings made via website, WhatsApp, or phone call are confirmed subject to vehicle availability.
• Please verify pickup time, date, passenger count, and luggage space before the ride begins.

2. Pricing, Tolls & Taxes

• Standard quotes include vehicle hiring, fuel, and driver hill/outstation allowances.
• Tolls, state entry taxes, Himachal Green Tax, parking fees, and airport entry charges are to be paid as per actual receipts unless explicitly included in an all-inclusive package.

3. Route & Delays

Drivers will follow the standard and safe designated routes. Delays caused by heavy traffic, roadblock events, bad weather, landslides, or unavoidable road conditions are beyond our direct control, though we make every effort to maintain schedules safely.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations informed well in advance (at least 12–24 hours before pickup) qualify for flexible rescheduling or full advance refund.
• Last-minute cancellations after vehicle dispatch may attract nominal driver transit compensation.

5. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited to ensure vehicle safety and comfort for subsequent passengers.
